I’m buying a new automobile next week, and I’d like to have at least one substitute for gap insurance other than the dealer. I have looked on the web for gap insurance, but all the places that offer it seem pretty damned dodgy. I have Say Farm insurance and they do not offer gap insurance unless they finance the purchase, and my lender doesn’t offer gap insurance.
