geico , allstate are secure sites try them i had policy with allstate but no luck cause rates are high in my area so i selected geico as my auto policy
visit www.Geico.com
OR
www.Allstate.com
and put in minimum info such as licensce # and all dat good stuff
and also they are secure any site that has a lock on or on the page you are on is secure if it doesnt have lock its not secure remember

I did geico quote and it was great and I now have switch to them. You might want to look at a few and find the best one for you.

yes, there is no problem in submitting personal info since the so called personal info is just basic info that is used to get a generic insurance quote.
that cannot be used for identity stealing.

online sites are usually safe, make sure they are secure sites,
that means having httpS in name.
most of the sites will do that.
moreover the info needed is very generic and nothing that can be specifically tied to you.
