1992 Volvo 740 Turbo Stationwagon Windshield Top Molding?
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement top molding for a 1992 740 turbo stationwagon windshield? I have been fighting for over 2 months with AZ Diamond Auto Glass to get this replaced due to it not having come off in the first place if I had not had them replace the windshield that was severely pitted in November. They tried to in a round about way state it was my fault that it had come off. I fought with them for a week until I called my insurance company about the situation because no one was ever around that could help me out. A few weeks ago I got a call about the molding stating they found it, but were unable to buy it due to their credit card not working (comforting I know *rolls eyes*) and so they had to hunt it down again. I finally got a call last Tuesday that they had finally bought the part. The guy came out on Saturday to replace it and notified me that they found it at a junk yard, and amazingly the part would not work due to his not having the clips to hold the part down. So I called my insurance company on Monday due to my not wanting to deal with the glass company. They informed me that the glass company stated that they had the part including the clips, but I declined the part and did not want them to install it. Yes I will fight with your company for 2 months for a 10 dollar part and then state “Oh, never mind I do not want it!” So, they came out yet again this day and yet again the part would not work! The part is missing the rubber molding that is supposed to be attached to the hard molding, leaving a 1/4″ gap between the hard molding and the windshield itself. The technician also stated that even if the part had the soft molding he would not have installed it due to the hard molding being extremely warped. He notified me that he contacted one of the dispatchers at the company who will try and locate the part and he even stated he had try and find it himself on the web when he got home 
anyways I do not believe that they will actually locate this part and if they do it will be a pain for them to get it installed again. Sorry about this rant, but I am extremely irritated with AZ Diamond Autoglass…the difference is not clear the difference is crap! Ugh!
I have already informed my insurance company about the whole situation, many, many times, they are confused as to why it is taking so long to do it. It’s all a huge pain in the butt, I am just trying to find the stupid part so, I can tell them where to get the thing because, apparently it is far too difficult for them to do it on their own.

I am an insurance agent going on 3 years, and i wanted some input from other Insurance sales people to discuss marketing and advertising techniques that might fight my personality. Each day is like starting over on who im going to Target next and go after. I currently sell Auto,Home, Commercial, Life, and Health. Theres basically nothing we dont cover here at our company. As an individual agent i have tried numerous techniques such as the Lead generating companies on the web and they are all a BUST!! I have thought about a personal website(other than the Company website) to help promote myself, but how would i market that website? Anybody out there want to help me out on some ideas? One of the things I am asked about when applying for automobile insurance is how much my automobile is worth. It was worth £4700 in 2007 so since this was two years ago, I would envision that price would have fallen now and I do not want to pay extra on my insurance by over-evaluating the valuation of my car. (I am aware the difference wont be large but I am looking to save as much as possible).

Car accident 3 automobile pile up, insurance question?
This past sunday I was involved in a 3 automobile pile up, me being the last. I know it was my fault becuase you suppost to be in control of your automobile at all times. I cause of it all was automobile #1 wanted to make a left turn and missed the turn and slammed on her breaks causeing automobile #2 to hit her and then me hit him. We could not have been going more than 20mph so no one was seriously hurt except automobile #2 had a scratch on his forehead, probably from not wearing his seatbelt. So I made the claim, there is a tiny dent on my bumper, automobile #2 had a scratch on the front and back of his automobile but not major damage at all, and automobile #1 had their bumper smushed in. It just so happen that automobile #2 was the son of car#1 when i looked up the claim on the web it shows they are going after my insurance for car#1′s damage, automobile #2′s damage and the guys injurys. is that normal to go after me for automobile #1 I know for a fact that automobile #2 hit automobile #1 not me!! Also their insurace keeps calling me for my statement i have already given my statement to my insurance company should i give the other insurance company another statement?
I did call the police! they came so did EMS to make sure everyone was ok. We exchanged info and everything

How many laws are these telemarketers breaking?
My boyfriend doesn’t have health insurance and for a while we have been ordering his medication from a certain US website that grants on the web physician consultations to prescribe and ship what he needs for much cheaper than what a regular physician and prescription would cost (just to verify, this is for medication that is legal to order on the web as it is not scheduled).
So recently another company that sells the same medication has been calling my cell phone (he used to have the number but I took it 5 months ago). Over the last three months they have called about 6 times while I am at work asking for him. Each time I state I am at work, cannot be getting calls, that the number is no longer his, and i ask them what it’s in reference to. Each time they mention the prescription that he ordered and offer it at such and such a discount that will make it cheaper than what he paid for it last time. At the end of each I tell them he is not interested and please place my number on their do not call list.
Today they called again and we went through the same ordeal around 3 pm. Then at about 9:15 pm they called back. I know they are not supposed to call after 9 and by this time I was frustrated so I asked the guy to talk with a supervisor and he just kept trying to pitch me and offer his extension. I kept pressing for a supervisor and the guy got rude with me before hanging up. I am calling them Monday to talk with a manager and I want to know just how many guidelines/laws were broken.
1. Calling after 9 my time even though their excuse was that they are 3 hours behind.
2. I read once that they are not supposed to call cellphones and I am assuming they were using an auto-dialer because they kept saying that they do not control what number pops up.
3. They told me his prescription – is not that supposed to be private information?
4. Aren’t they not supposed to have his prescription information in the first place?
5. Can they call twice in one day? Especially after I told them not to?
6. I specifically asked to be put on their do not call list at least 6 times previously…
7. Am I missing anything/is this accurate?

Before you state a word read it all and be respectful.
Since the 5th grade I have had problems with going to school, not like being lazy but the thought of school makes me like tweak out and get really really nervous and the only way I know how to handle it is with anger, anyways in middle school I used to be able to miss a lot of school and be able to make it up because I am really smart. But now that I am in highschool I cant get by on that anymore, so I am seriously thinking about dropping out just for the fact that I just cant seem to do it.
I’ve been put on meds and they made me feel really really bad and off, I have tried counseling but unless I knew the guy well enough to speak I just wouldn’t. My parents have ok’d it on a few conditions
I get into GED classes immediately AND keep a steady job keep up with lifting and training blended martial arts.
So here is my plan
Get GED
Work until next fall save up money for automobile insurance etc.
Take out small loan to pay for boces auto repair and body repair should total around 4-6 grand for both and Il be ASE certified at the end of the 2 year course.
and probably down the road get into some sort of on the web or community college to at least get my 2 year. Cause my brother went through a similar situation and know that hes in his adulthood hes gotten a lot superior with nervousness and stuff like that.
What is your take on the situation? Is there anything else I should try first?

So after the fact I realize I should have called the cops, but I ran into another car, road was wet and my brakes locked, but I know it’s still my fault. The twist is that the other automobile flew off after i hit him. (I’m guessing he was driving without a license or something along those lines). I filed a claim with my insurance online, anyone know what the chances of them covering the damage is? I have full coverage in New Jersey.

I’m getting my first automobile next year, and I have been speaking with my parents about first cars. I have been searching on the web about some of the automobiles I like, insurance, and pricing. Here is some of the automobiles I like.-

I like crossovers but I read somewhere that they are more costly on insurance.
My mother wants something safe, something thats not tiny, a Sedan, What are some other options that look good and aren’t old.
My budget is 8,000 – 10,000. All the automobiles I listed are in that price range. I like in Mississippi if that matters.
