Where is the ideal place for a student with tiny credit history to get a personal loan with no co-signer?
I am a full time college student, and I am seeking to try and get a low amount loan (around $ 1500) to help with the cost of finding a new apartment and a month’s payment for automobile insurance. Can anyone reccomend a place on the web or offline to apply for the loan. I have tiny credit (only had a history for 7 months), and I am willing to pay a very high interest rate (up to 25%). Thanks!

Car accident and cancellation of insurance?
I have a terrible problem. I had a major automobile accident last night and I need to get my insurance 21st century to cover it. The problem is that we moved and even though I verified change of address and phone number, they never sent me any more information or bills. I talked with an on the web person and they stated that I will not be insured for this accident. What do i do now? The guy feels it is my fault, but i feel it is his. Is there anything I can do to reinstate and have coverage for the accident? I will pay any kind of fee or anything.
Hopefully I dont sound crazy as I am badly injured and doped up.
Heh…no one seems to even feel like helping me nicely. Guess that is cuz I am the bad guy in this situation. I am hurting so bad right now from the injuries, and have no idea what to do with any of this. This is my first accident so I dont know what next step to take.

I live in California. I paid my registration on the web and on time, however my automobile did not pass smog, I have insurance and everything. I sent in an application for the CAP program but I have to wait six weeks and by then my stickers will be out of date.
My registration date nov 12th and I sent in my CAP application on that day, my sticker will be good until Dec 12th? I should get a letter from CAP before then?

OK. Back in 2005, I rented a automobile from Enterprise with FULL coverage insurance.
1 day I was on my way to school because I had a deadline to turn in a research paper that was 30% of our grade, & my sister 2x my age locked me in the home on purpose & thought it was funny. I got in the car, & drove it to school, & I panicked & got into a wreck & the automobile crashed into a little tree on the median. It was only a fender bender. But the company tried to state it was totaled for over $ 2,000 worth of damage. Everyone else who saw, stated it was a fender bender. The twigs got inside the light on the left side of the front of the car. But that could’ve easily been fixed. Not sure. But the wheel alignment was messed up. Does that mean the automobile is totaled? What does TOTAL a automobile mean? That it could not be fixed?
Well, I was just speaking about it today, & a lot of people on the web had ganged up on me & attacked me. Now I am feeling sad & hurt. About to cry. & they were calling me dumb, irresponsible, etc. Very hostile & angry @ me. They act like I wrecked THEIR “personal” car! People get into accidents all the time. Anxiety disorder or not.
& they were saying that since I had full coverage, I shouldn’t have been banned. & they were saying my story did not make sense. But people look for any & each reason to discriminate against me. It’s not fair.
