I am a 22yr old female who lives in New Orleans, LA. I caused a fender bender one year ago and got an improper lane usage ticket. I got a speeding ticket for being 9 miles over the limit when I was 18. WHY ARE MY INSURANCE QUOTES ALWAYS AROUND $200??? When will it go down?
