My auto insurance company sent me to a collection agency, is this going to be on my credit record?
I cancelled my auto ins. and they charged me a cancelation fee. I disagreed with this but all they kept saying was “I should of read my policy”…. To make a long story short I owed them $ 33.86 and it was due on 1/20. I called them on 1/29 and paid them over the phone. I just received a letter from a collection bureau saying I owe them the balance. I called the insurance company and they stated that they would forward my message to their bookkeeping department and contact the collection bureau to tell them this has been paid. I am applying for a small business loan and cannot afford to have something like this show up on my report. Is there any grace period on behalf of the collection bureau before they report to the 3 credit bureus?? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Hi,
i have been with allstate for over ten years for my automobile insurance but recently i just got a newer automobile and it sky-rocked and im looking for a superior rate, if anyone would advocate some i would appreciate it so i can get some good rates to look at and compare,
I do not know why it went up so high because i have had no tickets or accidents in fifteen years but they state they have not made any mistakes with it.

When I rent a automobile online, I also buy the insurance. But when I pick up the car, the rental bureau will?
try to sell me the insurance again, and pretend they do not know about the purchase. In fact, the rental agreement will show that I decline the insurance!
It doesn’t matter which auto rental company, as I have similar experiences with all of them. What is going on here?
