First off, I think somehow Yahoo recommended the wrong category for your question. However, if you somehow got the speeding ticket erased, then you do not have to list it. If you just paid it off, then you should. Clerical errors can be found and corrected later, and if you have fudged your info to the insurance company, they can cancel your policy or refuse to pay out on a claim.
