Can someone file a claim w/ the other persons insurance if they personally dont have auto insurance themselves?
I have a client whose automobile got rear ended by another automobile and he is suffering a pretty bad knee injury due to the accident. Can he file a claim with the other persons insurance company even if he personally doesnt have auto insurance? I know in the say of California it is illegal to drive without automobile insurance, but does that mean he cant file a claim for his automobile and injuries? Thanks

i was just in a major auto collision and now my insurance is trying to deny coverage because they think i was on a delivery for my employer at the time. supposedly all delivery drivers need a special commercial insurance. i did not know this. is my employer required to tell me if im an independent contractor?

This might seem too personal so if it is, sorry. I spent the past couple of hours calling around and getting quotes for three cars. Turns out I am sticking with my $ 92 a month through geico. Everyone else wants at least $ 200.
Makes me wonder what other people pay, and for how many cars?
We have two automobiles on full coverage, one on liability
No tickets, or accidents.

I did not receive my Farmers auto insurance notice/threat of cancellation until today. Raced to my personal and submitted the payment around 9:00am today, which was the day given on the threat of cancellation notice as “will be cancelled at noon on July 15″. Am I still okay? I’d ask my agent, but he is useless–doesn’t call me back or answer his phone.
