I have been getting quotes on the web from a few places geico, esurance, and others and they are VERY costly around 315-400 a month plus around 1000 dollars down. I have no accidents or tickets in the 3 years I have been driving. why is my insurance so expensive? PLEASE HELP.

I am 19 this month, own a house, and am employed full-time. I also am a full-time student. I got a quote from Allstate a few months ago for 390 dollars / 6 months. I went in this day and got a quote from them again and it was 605 dollars / 6 months. But I noticed 50/100 coverage instead of 30/60. What is the cheapest automobile insurance I can get? I was wondering if anyone could help me with one insurance question.
Basic facts:
-I’m in Michigan and 22 yo
-I have a 1-point speeding ticket 12 months old
-I have a 3-point speeding ticket 23 months old (from Florida)
-No accidents
-I’m looking for the cheapest auto insurance that is legal (and that will likely be accepted by the bank, since the automobile is on an auto loan..)
Also, are there any on the web traffic schools I could do or something?
State Farm wanted to charge me 100% markup from their normal rate without the tickets (From 00 per 6 months to 00 per 6 months) and I am hoping I can do better.
