Can anyone reccomend an auto insurance to cover my car while visiting Mexico?
I have Progressive , but they will only cover 20miles in from the border. We are traveling all the way into Michoacan, so that will not help. I just want to know if anyone can refer me to a legitimate auto insurance for taking your car into Mexico. Please give me any you know of either by website, or phone number, or even by name and I will look up the rest. Thanks

If you drive someone’s automobile who has insurance on their automobile but you do not have any auto insurance and you get in a wreck does their insurance cover it or could you get a ticket for driving without insurance? Would you be an uninsured motorist even if the automobile you drove was covered by someone elses insurance?
the automobile I would be driving is covered by the friend’s insurance. I just dont have any insurance since I sold my car

Does my auto insurance cover me in a rent car?
I purchased automobile insurance from AIG on-line; the policy does not state that I am or am not covered when renting a car. I live in Texas. The policy I have does note various ‘endorsements’ related to Texas. When I call the help desk at AIG and ask if I am covered, they can’t tell me. Does the Texas Auto Insurance endorsements require that my insurance go with me when renting a car? If I am also driving someone else’s car, what coverage would go with me as part of standard Texas policy? I have Liability, Uninsured/underinsured, coverage for damage to my auto (other than collision/collision). When I rent a automobile from state Enterprise, if my own insurance is in force, what extra coverage should I get so I do not have to pay a thing if their automobile gets scratched or dented? thank you…..frustrated in Texas.

I had a single automobile auto accident and I was the only celebration injured. My auto insurance has already paid out and my insurance company sent out a form for me to fill out about the accident. I just wanted to know if that was procedure and if my insurance will pick up any remaining costs associated with my accident? I asked because I have read that sometimes they will not pay for automobile accidents.

I’m 49 years old. My brother is just one example, what if my sister-in-law wants to borrow my vehicle, or my neighbor?
I did ask my insurer and they were kind of guarded about their answer which I was not too happy about, you would think you could get a clear cut answer to the question, but not so much.

I attend school in a different say from my parents and would like to register my automobile in the say my school is in.
