I passed my CBT 3 years and and passed my full motorcycle test 2 years ago. I have never had any claims or convictions. Tomorrow I will hopefully be passing my practical automobile test. New York automobile insurance, LoJack discount for Allstate?
Hi all, I currently have Allstate automobile insurance and I purchased a new automobile with a LoJack installed. When I tried to get the discount, they only took off $ 7 per month on my policy..
Looking online, I discovered that New York say mandates that automobile insurance companies must give a discount for LoJack, but I am not sure how much. The LoJack website is not very clear on the subject, saying 25% for NY but I am not sure if that means up to 25% or a mandated 25%…
Anyone happen to know? I am having trouble finding any concrete information.

I just purchased my auto insurance policy from Geico on the web for a 6 month policy. It states I am receiving a good driver discount, even though when I was applying for and buying the policy I said I had a speeding ticket and not at fault accident. Not that I am complaining, but how is this possible? It states the discount is for driver’s who have been accident free for 5 years. I am a tiny puzzled!

Why Defensive Driving Course Certificate cannot be used to get an auto insurance discount in Texas?
I passed this course in the middle of 2007 and got this certificate, but i cannot use it as one of discount factors when i am gonna to purchase an auto insurance.
