How can I lower my automobile insurance if it is high because of bad credit?
I have been told that my automobile insurance is high because of a bad credit rating. I am currently enrolled in a DMP to pay down some credit cards and I am sure this is why it is so bad. Will any insurance company work with me to lower my rate? I currently have GEICO insurance bc it was the lowest I could find. I lease my automobile and always make my automobile and insurance payments on time.

I’m 24 (male) got my licensed not a while ago (Oct 2005 so it still less than 3yr) live in Malden, MA. My automobile is Camry 2007(brand purchased it on June 2007)
This third year renewal will be July 11 2008 to July 11 2009 still $3085. My insurance is $3085, it have not change much since the first year..
*body injury to other $20K perperson/ 40K per accident
*100k per accident (property)
*8K personal injury protection
My record is CLEAN, is there any thing i can do to make it lower? my automobile mileage.. is 16K czu i only drive around 8K per year.

I’m an older driver now but remember what a nightmare it was to get insurance. Extremely over priced compared to a new driver of an older age. I know its about statistics but how can you judge what a drivers like before they have even started driving on their own.
