What is the ideal way to settle debt with automobile insurance companies? Should I get a lawyer? ?
I recently got in a automobile accident and my insurance company did not cover the extent of the accident. The insurance company is calling and asking for an outrageous amount. I s there a way I can negotiate a lower price and or payment plan?
The outrageous amount is 15 grand and the poor person I hit owns a Mercedes.

What would lawyer costs for an auto insurance company be?
I’m trying to work out a settlement with the auto-insurance company over an injury that happened last December. They are offering ,500, but we want ,000. I was wondering how much it would cost them in legal fees, and lawyer costs if we were to bring this to court. It could help in our bartering if we know they will be saving money just settling.
