I want to work driving automobile service/cab in Brooklyn NY, however I do not know what auto insurance companies offer insurance for driving automobile service/taxi/etc? Which automobile insurance companies offer discounts for students 100 miles away & not driving?
I need to renew my insurance and I will be studying abroad next semester and not using my vehicle. I heard there are special discounts for students not driving their cars 100 miles away from home, but so far I have ran through all the on the web quote applications and no companies have been asking about that. They ask about the GPA but not whether I am 100 miles away.
I still need insurance because if you go ANY amount of time without it, regardless of ur situation, your rates will go up. I need to be continuously covered even when im not using it.
