Everywhere i look on the web just offer “get a quote” then you have to enter a type of car. I do not own a automobile but I need insurance to take my driver’s test in North Carolina. I could not find this type of insurance offered on any websites.

I know that the less I use my car, the less the automobile company will cost me. But how can they know how often I use my car?
