Car Insurance Claim denied due to not having full coverage, I bought policy online, I believed I did. HELP!
I bought a new 07 Scion Tc from the dealership in July 06. I bought my insurance on the web and I didnt get an immediate quote, it had to be verified or something like that, I was assuming because it was a new car. I received an email letting me know that I was going to get a response within the next few days. I still have that email. But the next thing I received was my insurance cards through the mail. I had an at fault accident in August 06. And the insurance denied my claim statting that I didnt select Full Coverage. I believed that was what I had. And the insurance should’ve made me aware of that knowing that my automobile was being financed. What can I do?
