Statefarm insurance cancellation question?
Recently I cancelled my automobile insurance with statefarm. I look at my bank account on the web and see that Statefarm took out the money for the month that i cancelled my insurance. My payments are due the 7th each month and I cancelled my insurance the 1 of august, should I be charged even though i cancelled my automobile insurance before the due date for this payment? Do I get money back?
Im waiting for the bureau office to open so I can talk with them about this but I also want someone elses point of view.

Car Accident and insurance question, (a photo included).?
I had a small automobile accident back in April.
Just this day i was contacted by some joe from my insurance company. He left a message saying
“Your policy only covered 5000 (WTF??) and the fixes for the guys truck were a little bit more. The total for fixes were 9500. (WHAT!!). ” (TINY BIT MORE MY ASS) anyways.,,
So basically i am responsible for the remaining 4500 (f*** me)
Okay, i looked at my insurance policy in paper form the genius agent sent to me. NOWHERE does it state what my coverage was. Which i find weird.
So i go on the web and confirm my fear..that yes i am indeed signed up for a 15/30/5.
After i swallowed that large lump of “OMFG I OWE 4500 DOLLARS,” now i am thinking “wait a second, why am i just now being informed of this almost 4 months later.” Once the quote came in, and the insurance companies saw my policy only covered 5k…and he was quoted at 9500…shouldnt they have CONTACTED me about this? back then? not now.
And dont you think its right, that since now ill be paying, i should be able to request him get three different quotes then? since its my money now?
Why do they just now tell me? I could have been pulling this money together the last four months…
I find this real shady.
Thoughts?
Anything?
Im just a clusterf*** of emotions right now.
(And yes i realize its on me about the 4500. Im just wondering what my “rights” are when it comes to when i should be notified, and if i have/had the right to request more quotes.)
And also..here is a photo of the truck i hit… Does this look like 9500 in damage? I know it wont change anything because whats done is done, i just need piece of mind.

How much would it cost to insure a used (2004-2008) Pontiac Grand Prix GXP (5.3L V8 305 hp) compared to a Pontiac Grand Prix GT (3.8L V6 260 hp) for a 16 year old male in Texas after successfully completing Defensive Driving?
Main use for driving to school two miles away. Yeah realistically I am looking at the V6 GT (gas, insurance), but just wondering how much the difference would be.

okay heres the deal. i had liability and collision on my suv. did not have comprehensive. this day my rear window got broken. called allstate and they stated i did not have glass coverage and that was only under comprehensive. i signed up for comprehensive this day and it will go into effect in 24 hours.
so if i call them in the next few days and tell them that the window broke will they replace it under that coverage? or is there a designated waiting period? dont go blabbing about insurance fraud because i wont do it unless it is legal. i will obviously be looking at my policy on the web but wanted to throw this out here to the yahoo answer community and see what you think. all USEFUL and RELATIVE answers are appreciated. thanks!!!

Buying first automobile and auto insurance question.?
I just got pre-approval for an auto loan. I do not even have a automobile in mind yet. My question is when do I contact insurance companies? Should I look at cars, pick on I like, and then contact automobile insurance companies about quotes or should I call them before I even go browsing? Im just a tiny lost.
Also, I hear automobile insurance is flipping crazy for young men. Im a 22/Male in New Mexico so if anyone has insight or recommendations I would appreciate it

Car accident 3 automobile pile up, insurance question?
This past sunday I was involved in a 3 automobile pile up, me being the last. I know it was my fault becuase you suppost to be in control of your automobile at all times. I cause of it all was automobile #1 wanted to make a left turn and missed the turn and slammed on her breaks causeing automobile #2 to hit her and then me hit him. We could not have been going more than 20mph so no one was seriously hurt except automobile #2 had a scratch on his forehead, probably from not wearing his seatbelt. So I made the claim, there is a tiny dent on my bumper, automobile #2 had a scratch on the front and back of his automobile but not major damage at all, and automobile #1 had their bumper smushed in. It just so happen that automobile #2 was the son of car#1 when i looked up the claim on the web it shows they are going after my insurance for car#1′s damage, automobile #2′s damage and the guys injurys. is that normal to go after me for automobile #1 I know for a fact that automobile #2 hit automobile #1 not me!! Also their insurace keeps calling me for my statement i have already given my statement to my insurance company should i give the other insurance company another statement?
I did call the police! they came so did EMS to make sure everyone was ok. We exchanged info and everything

Question About Reopening a Traffic Case: Traffic School Riverside County California? *10 Points* ASAP?
I got a traffic ticket in Temecula, Ca which is a part of Riverside county. I paid the fine as well as extra for Traffic School without going to court. I did this all on the web through the Better Court of California. They were suppose to send me the additional information on when to begin and how to complete the course to get the ticket removed from my record. I never got the information and to be honest I forgot until I got the insurance bill and my auto rate jumped $ 100 for loosing my good driver discount. I went to the Traffic Court and they stated I needed to write a letter asking the judge to re-open my case. I am unsure about what it should state and what needs to all be in it. Can someone please answer all three questions below? 10 Points!
What should the letter say?
How should I format it?
Is they any good web forms?
