What are Ohio’s laws regarding driving outside of time allotted for limited privileges?
My license was suspended due to lack of automobile insurance and I was allowed limited driving privileges. I had to drive outside of the allotted time due to circumstances beyond my control. I was pulled over. What happens next? Will I absolutely lose my driving privileges? My car? The only information I can find on the web pertains to those whose license were suspended due to dui, mine was for lack of automobile insurance.

I requested a quote for fleet automobile insurance from a new insurance company. They required information from my previous carrier. They came back and stated they would not issue me insurance because my previous insurer informed them that I still owed them money. Is this information that they are granted to discuss?

Regarding NJ Law. If I suspend Auto Insurance on my car, do I have to surrender the plates to the MVC?
I have a automobile that I seldom use now, can I keep the plates on the automobile with no insurance policy. And if I need to use this car, reactivate my auto policy for those specific days. Is this legal? I know in some says it is and in some not.
If I do suspend insurance and I do have to surrender the plates, how long do I have till the MVC penalizes me?

Hi:
I went to an agent this day to quote my auto insurance, and the result was cheaper than I did it online; however, she told me the reason why it was cheaper was because that she put 2000 as my first received U.S. driver licence, but I actually received it at 2004, so will this become a problem with my auto insurance since she stated there will be no problem? I purchased it eventually…but curious about it.
