This guy somehow managed to run into my ford explorer with a back how while he was at my home preforming some
work for my landlord. He asked me to get an estimate for the damages, well the estimate was 1300.00 done to the rear of my truck. He claims he is going to pay for the damages and meet me at the auto body repair shop or set up an account with them. I did some research on the web about this guy and he doesnt even have a liscense. He has a rap sheet about 3 pages long where he has been sued for operating a busniess without a lisecense and he has been in jail and everything. He currently still doesnt have a liscecsen. Should I wait and see if he will pay? My Insurance company wont pay cause I dont have collison coverage. Or is it my landlords responsibilty and she would have to pay with her home owners insurance since is happened on her property?
Please help! Im pulling my hair out!
I checked on the web and he has no Business Liscense and has been sued about 8 times for operating without one and also not finshing his jobs as he was hired and paid to due so, this man has been sued by everyone. His total judgements are over 10,000.00. Im not believeing that hew will pay for my truck or pay when we go to court.
