How can I find out if something has been taken off of my driving record?
A couple years ago I was ticketed for an illegal U-turn. I did an on the web traffic school and paid a fine. They had stated something about changing it to a parking ticket at the time. Now I am searching for new auto insurance and it keeps asking if I have violations. I do not know if this incident will show up on my record anymore. Where can I find this out?

Can a homeowner’s insurance cover an auto stolen because keys were taken from break in to home?
My friends home got broken into and automobile keys were stolen and with that stole the vehicle. The car only had liability insurance. Now both homeowners and auto insurance are telling them that they will not pay for that loss. Is this correct in any way? The car has a value of K. Would obtaining an attorney be helpful?
