How do you turn in someone that doesnt have automobile insurance?
The other day this girl hit my automobile and busted my tailight and has no insurance. Now I have to eat the cost to fix my car. Is there a way to turn her in for not having insurance to get her license taken away so she cant do this to someone else? Or worse, preventing her from killing someone.
Thank you for all the advice, I think I will take her to small claims court if it dont cost very much. Im also going to get police report and have her license suspended.

After an auto accident, how long does the police officer have to turn in a copy of the accident report?.?
My sister was in an auto accident a month ago, the attending cop declared no one at fault, but wrote up an accident report which he stated would be available on the web within 2 weeks after the accident. Neither were ticketed and the cop’s final decision as to what he concluded happened would be available in the on the web report. Well, since a few days after the accident, my sis has checked back and forth to see if the cop had turned in the report, and which he hasn’t, its been a tiny over a month, and he still hasn’t turned it in, and she needs/wants this report to turn in to her insurance company. What can she do, and is there a time frame for these types of things to be turned in by the cops?

I had a friend who worked in auto insurance for a few months, he stated that it is all a myth, which is hard to believe. I live in California, and I wanted to get a nicer automobile when I am older but insuance is going to be a killer.

When I turned 25 everyone told me congrats that my automobile insurance rate would drop. I never heard of this.
I asked around and some people stated that that is not ALWAYS true. Is it?
I use Esurance Auto Insurance. Do i need to call to get the discount. Is there even a discount. Do insurance companys automatically do it?
Hmm.
I have a perfect driving record, no accident history.
ESurance has worked out great for me the last few years, I am not asking for that kind of advice. Thank You.
